The Loftus IT Project Management Office manages and coordinates all Loftus IT projects.  It also provides services to customers requiring project management expertise for their own projects.

 

The Loftus IT Project Management Office (PMO) responsibilities include:

  • Programme Management across all Loftus IT projects.
  • Ensuring Project Management is applied in appropriate and consistent measures to every Loftus IT engagement.
  • Ensuring that our customers have a consistent, high-quality experience when engaging Loftus IT to perform projects.
  • Expertise in leadership, facilitation and liaison
  • Ensuring transparency and good communications are a hallmark of every Loftus IT engagement.

Clients can engage the Loftus IT PMO to perform Project Management on their own projects. This can be very useful where a company might lack the Project Management resources or skills required to execute an internal project.  In such cases, Loftus IT Project Managers can provide independent and expert Project Management to help deliver successful outcomes for customers.
