Loftus IT’s Managed Services include Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Cloud Computing services that allow you to outsource part or all of your IT capability at a predictable cost. Loftus IT is a Telstra T-Suite Channel Partner.

 

We have a secure Data Centre facility in the Internode Data Centre in Adelaide, South Australia, and supporting facilities in our Fullarton Road office.

We also have the expertise to add value to organisations migrating to Telstra T-Suite Business Software, and to support Telstra T-Suite customers.

 

Our Managed Services include:

  • Making available our secure Data Centre facilities in the Internode Data Centre for co-location and management of Clients' servers.
  • Providing IT services to our Clients using our own equipment located in our secure Data Centre facilities.
  • Providing on-site IT services to Clients using equipment either we own or the Client owns.
  • An online backup service, providing safe offsite backup that is particularly applicable to Clients running Linux servers.
  • As a T-Suite Channel Partner, we offer Telstra T-Suite Business Software, including pre-implementation and post-implementation support.
  • Our Message Queue Transfer Service links the CrimTrac Accredited Agencies with CrimTrac's NSS services for fully automated submitting of National Criminal History Checks.
  • We host clients' servers in our supporting facilities at Fullarton Road for development, testing and demonstration purposes.
