Our Project Management Office is geared to deliver our Clients’ implementation projects on time and to budget.

Loftus IT is a strong and highly experienced partner to help your business manage and implement infrastructure projects. Our Project Management expertise oversees all the client projects we undertake, whether small or large. Our aim is always to obtain sign-off from a satisfied customer.

The Project Management Office provides:

• Programme and Project Management
• Project Leadership
• Liaison and Facilitation

Every Project is assigned a Project Lead, and our Client assigns a Project Contact for the duration of the implementation. These two handle everyday project-related communication between Client and our Project Team.

At end of project, a Post-Implementation Review occurs to ensure all aspects of the Implementation have been delivered and to finalise handover to the Client.
