Loftus HMS is a proven provider of Customer Service, Work Management and Asset Management solutions, used primarily by local government organisations.


In 1986 Huefner Management Systems introduced its first generation Asset Management System which became known as HMS. In November 2007 HMS was acquired by Loftus IT and the product suite became known as Loftus HMS.


Loftus IT understands that true asset management often involves multiple stakeholders and, by nature, has significant impact on intra-organisation departments including: customer service; asset services; maintenance teams and finance.


ClearView - The Window To Information Loftus HMS provides enterprise-wide business solutions that encapsulate the processes that involve asset infrastructure.
