Infrastructure Services There are three aspects to Infrastructure Services that we provide services for: System Integration Services System | Structure, Coordination, Technique, Approach, Method, Logic Is spam protection working well? Is all the software up to date and secure? Are we running out of disk storage? Do we have enough software licences? Are our subscriptions current? When does our domain registration need renewal? Do we have working and effective disaster recovery processes? Is our antivirus software updating correctly? Implementing strong, secure and reliable ICT systems is a non-trivial undertaking. Technology vendors strive to create better 'plug-and-play' or 'turn-key' systems and it’s an elusive quest, given the underlying complexity and the rate of change occurring across the technology spectrum. Many smaller companies have a go at setting up their own IT infrastructure ... they tend to get so far and then discover that not only are the results inadequate, but they are spending more time on technology than on other critical business activities.
So then the question becomes "Who to turn to?". Practically every hardware and software vendor offers services to implement their own technology. The problem is, their own technology is often as far as they go! It’s an unavoidable fact of life that today's ICT systems, at least for commercial purposes, need to combine technologies from a number of vendors.
